Welcome to MindsKeep. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
1.1 Encryption Keys: You acknowledge that MindsKeep utilizes client-side encryption. Your password acts as your encryption key. We do not store your password and cannot recover your data if you lose your password.
1.2 Account Safety: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Real cloud accounts: entries are encrypted on your device with AES-GCM before being stored in Firebase Firestore. Demo account: entries are saved as plain JSON in your browser's localStorage, are not encrypted, and are not synced. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
In no event shall MindsKeep be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Refunds are handled according to Stripe's policies.
